Refund Policy
1. Refund Window
Full refunds are available if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the scheduled workshop date. This allows us to offer the seat to other participants.
2. Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop may receive a 50% refund, depending on circumstances. No refunds are provided for cancellations within 48 hours of the event.
3. No-Shows
If you do not attend a booked workshop without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued. We encourage participants to notify us in advance if unable to attend.
4. Digital Content & Recordings
If a workshop includes access to digital materials or recordings, refund eligibility may be affected once access has been granted or content downloaded.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of illness, emergency, or workshop cancellation by us, full refunds or credit toward future workshops will be offered. Contact us to discuss your situation.
